  • Worked with TJ / AML like every other athletes, over a few years during my sprint days especially 400m training and built a strong foundation both on and off the track.

     

    The accountability and structure helped me reach my best in the 400m, but more importantly it built discipline that’s now just part of who I am. It’s not something I switch on, it’s a habit in how I approach life and decisions. Glad our paths crossed back in 2017/18 and relationship we still uphold till now
